Login to Update State Plants Lists and Update State GSAT Lists

The Update State Plants Lists and Update State GSAT Lists components of the National PLANTS Database allow NRCS State PLANTS Coordinators to make permanent changes to these lists. You can also download the lists before or after any updates are made.

A Username and Password are required to make updates to the State Plants lists and State GSAT lists. The State PLANTS Coordinator may obtain these by contacting the NPDC Director. Please give a detailed description of the type of data you wish to update and the state(s) for which you are authorized to make updates. All required fields are denoted by an asterisk (*).

The following Updates may be made to the State Lists:

• State Common Name

The following Updates may be made to the State GSAT Lists:

• GSAT Common Name
• Delete or Add GSAT plants

The update procedure is:

1. Enter your Username and Password.
2. Select a list to update.
3. Choose a state to update or download the current list if needed.
4. Search for the plant(s) you wish to update.
5. Select the plant you wish to update.
6. Enter the new data for your plant in an online form.
